OUR TEAM

Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do. With a shared passion for the arts and an instinct for crafting narratives that captivate, connect, and inspire, our team brings unmatched creativity, strategy, and dedication to every project.

Arabella Neville-Rolfe

Founder & Director

Arabella Neville-Rolfe

With two decades of experience, her warmth, expertise, and love of the industry are at the heart of everything the agency does. When she’s not crafting campaigns, she’s often found exploring new productions or juggling life as a theatre-loving mum.

Ely King

Publicist

Ely King

Ely works with Family, Touring, and LGBTQ+ productions, combining her journalism background with a passion for theatre and music. You’ll likely spot her snapping photos at concerts—or thanks to her signature red hair at a press night!

Charlotte Hunter

Communications Assitant

Charlotte Hunter

Charlotte is the newest member of the team, as Communications Assistant, she supports the team in a variety of ways to ensure they meet their clients’ needs. Outside of work, Charlotte is a commissioning illustrator and painter, and can also be found directing and producing new theatre; she especially loves musical theatre and immersive shows!

Clive Drew

Associate Director

Clive Drew

Bringing 17 years' of experience spanning PR, communications, and partnerships, Clive specialises in arts, culture, entertainment and lifestyle. A musician and avid gig-goer, he’s as comfortable crafting strategic campaigns as he is picking up a guitar. Before joining ANRPR full-time, he led projects for major brands, venues, and artists – and once even helped stage the first-ever airside gig at London Stansted Airport.

Max Pollard

Publicist

Max Pollard

Max supports ANRPR’s regional clients and West End productions, leveraging his experience as Communications Manager at New Theatre Oxford. When not working, he’s training for the London Marathon or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
