With two decades of experience, her warmth, expertise, and love of the industry are at the heart of everything the agency does. When she’s not crafting campaigns, she’s often found exploring new productions or juggling life as a theatre-loving mum.

Hayley Goodlich is a publicist specialising in high-profile arts, comedy and theatre clients. From Australia and now UK-based, she leads PR campaigns from London to Edinburgh Fringe. When she's not traveling the world, you'll probably find her at a musical or comedy gig.

Ely works with Family, Touring, and LGBTQ+ productions, combining her journalism background with a passion for theatre and music. You’ll likely spot her snapping photos at concerts—or thanks to her signature red hair at a press night!

Bringing 17 years' of experience spanning PR, communications, and partnerships, Clive specialises in arts, culture, entertainment and lifestyle. A musician and avid gig-goer, he’s as comfortable crafting strategic campaigns as he is picking up a guitar. Before joining ANRPR full-time, he led projects for major brands, venues, and artists – and once even helped stage the first-ever airside gig at London Stansted Airport.

Claire brings more than 20 years’ experience in communications, spanning media relations, PR and marketing.
Following 12 years in in-house press offices at Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Leeds Playhouse, Helmsley Arts Centre, and Birmingham Royal Ballet, Claire established her freelance consultancy in 2016.

Charlotte graduated with a first-class degree in English Literature with Theatre Studies from the University of Leeds in 2025. Outside of work, she can be found reading, painting, and directing and producing new theatre.

Flavia manages ANRPR’s social media/online presence, and supports the team internally. She has over 15 years theatre publicity and communications experience. Flavia is also a photographer, videographer and graphic designer.
